The CAM Diploma in Marketing Communications will give you an in-depth understanding of the range of communications methods you can use in meeting business objectives. It is ideal for those working in (or intending to work in) marketing communications including agency side roles like copywriting and designing.

This qualification is for you if you already work in marketing and want to progress your career by improving your knowledge and skills at the strategic level.

What are the entry criteria?

One of the following:

  • A level 3 qualification e.g. CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing, CIPR Advanced Certificate in PR, etc.
  • Any bachelors or masters degree or equivalent level 5 qualification.
  • Sufficient marketing experience in a marketing communications role.

Marketing and Consumer Behaviour

  • A work-based assignment based on various findings within your company.
Integrated Media
  • A work-based assignment based on various findings within your company.
Public Relations
  • A three-hour timed examination.
Advertising
  • A three-hour timed examination.
Direct Marketing & Sales Promotion
  • A three-hour timed examination.
How much time will I need to put aside?

Except for the Marketing & Consumer Behaviour module which requires 60 hours, the other four modules require a minimum of 30 hours of study including guided learning.
